The Earth Laughs In Flowers

Today I am sharing a card featuring stamps from the recent release of IndigoBlu - Floral Fantasy and Colour Me - Daisy. I have played already with Colour Me series, you can see the cards here. This card is inspired by The Card Concept Challenge #49 - Floral Radiance. I cannot really define the style of this card. Maybe, this is Clean and Graphic. Or Clean and Layered?

Happy Birdie

Today I am sharing a card featuring Happy Birds by WPlus9 that I received just a couple of days ago. This card is strongly influenced by Elena Roussakis card from here, but I made it asymmetrical.

Сегодня я показываю работу с новыми штампами Happy Birds от WPlus9, которые я получила всего пару дней назад. Идею открытки скопировала у Елены Руссакис здесь, но со своей интерпретацией. Я редко делаю строго симметричные открытки.

I masked off rays one by one and blended in Distress inks. Then stamped wires in black dye ink randomly. The birdie is coloured with Copic Sketch markers and adhered with foam tape pieces. I stamped the sentiment, cut it in strips and raised with a foam tape also.

Лучи солнца сделаны с помощью самодельных масок из двух листов бумаги и затонированы Distress чернилами. Затем я в произвольном порядке сделала несколько оттисков проводов черными чернилами. Птица раскрашенна фломастерами Copic Sketch и и так же, как и надпись приклеена на вспененный скотч.

IndigoBlu - Colour Me Series

Today I am sharing my new DT project for IndigoBlu featuring just released Colour Me and Word Blocks #1 stamps.

Сегодня я показываю свою новую работу для IndigoBlu с только что выпущенными  штампами серий Colour Me (Раскрась меня) и Word Blocks #1.

I tore a sheet of scratch paper and masked off the white card base leaving a square opening and blended in various Distress inks. Then I removed the masking paper strips, sprayed a little of water diluted gold paint onto the orange-red square and stamped down flower images. I stamped the words down to soft grey and cream card stock and fussy cut out strips with the focal words.

Я порвала лист писчей бумаги на полоски с неровными краями и сделала маску с открытым квадратом. Нанесла различные Distress чернила и сняла маски. Красно-оранжевый квадрат сбрызнула золотой краской разбавленной в воде и после этого сделала оттиски цветов. Надписи из набора Word Blocks #1 напечатала на светло-серой и кремовой бумаге и вырезала полоски с основными словами. 

I love both series. Colour Me includes four different flowers - Dahlia, Daisy, Anemone and Lylia with so detailed lines that produce excellent images! These flowers are just gorgeous! Word Blocks #1 is a set of words for all occasions, which can be used as a solo stamp or as a sentiment.

Мне очень нравятся обе коллекции штампов. Colour Me  состоит из четырех отдельных штампов с изображениями георгина, ромашки, анемоны и лилии. Печати очень высокого качества, дающие великолепные оттиски. Word Blocks #1 - прекрасный набор традиционных поздравлений на все случаи.
